We had a great time supporting a large number of events across East Anglia these past few years, including Sax Fest, Illuminate Ipswich, and Brickfest, just to name a few. We’re delighted to tell you about the new trailer we’re building to help meet demand and take more future bookings.

Introducing Benissimo MK2: Our new, custom-build trailer brings classic style into the 21st century. It does so with a tasteful combination of modern build quality and classic design choices – keeping that true Benissimo style intact.

So what are the benefits of our new trailer?

Capacity – The custom-designed professional kitchen on board give us significantly improved . Combined with the latest generation of Gozney S2 Ovens gives us improved cooking performance. it means we can serve your larger events for longer periods – plus serve pizza at an even quicker rate!

Availability – Increasing our fleet size means we now have greater availability for throughout the year. Send us a message if you have an event. We are eager to help!

Locations – Our new, lightweight trailer is easier to tow and manoeuvre. This means we can attend your events and parties from even further afield. We can also go to locations that would have been too tight for the horsebox too.
