At Benissimo, we’re all about proper, freshly made pizzas with top-notch ingredients. From our converted horsebox, we bring the taste of Italy to East Anglia and beyond, serving up authentic Italian-style pizza from our stone baked ovens with a warm, friendly touch.

Our converted horsebox is more than just a trailer; it’s an experience. Coupled with our cutting edge stone baked pizza ovens and genuine passion for Italian flavours, we strive to be the perfect culinary compliment for your special occasion.

From weddings to corporate events, we bring a bit of rustic charm, good company, and delicious pizza which keeps guests coming back for more!

Crafted with Care
Every pizza is made with love. We make our dough fresh shortly before the event, using only the best Caputo 00 flour and ensuring enough time for the dough to rise and develop its full flavour profile.

We then hand-stretch the dough, to ensure the crusts get a delicious rise before carefully selecting each ingredient and covering with our 80/20 Mozzarella/Cheddar mix. We believe that proper pizza starts with quality and attention to detail, which we know keeps our customers happy!

Classic Pizzas
Enjoy timeless Italian favourites like our Margherita Classica and Pepperoni Piccante. Any true pizzaiolo will tell you – mastering the classics is essential. As our two most popular pizzas, we like to think we’ve got them just right!

Signature Pizzas
We’ve created some unique pizzas that we’re particularly proud of, including Campo di Carne (Spicy Pepperoni, Crunchy Red Onion, Fresh Rocket) and Vegetariana (Mushrooms, Red Onion, Italian Olives, and Fresh Rocket).

Latest Pizza Creations
We’re always looking to improve and develop our pizza offerings to our customers and regularly trial and test delicious new combinations. Tasty recent additions to our menu include Pollo Fresco (Chicken, Sweetcorn, Crunchy Red Onion) and new favourite Il Grande Speciale (Chicken, Pepperoni, Mushroom, Olives, Sweetcorn, Rocket, Red Onion, Rocket).
