We had a great time supporting a large number of events across East Anglia last year. These events included Sax Fest, Illuminate Ipswich, and Brickfest, just to name a few. We’re delighted to tell you about the new trailer we’re building in 2026!

Introducing Benissimo MK2: Our new, custom-build trailer brings classic style into the 21st century. It does so with a tasteful combination of modern build and classic design choices – keeping that true Benissimo spirit.

So what are the benefits of our new trailer?

Capacity – MK2 can make twice as many authentic stone-baked Pizzas with custom-designed professional kitchen on board. Combined with the latest generation of Gozney S2 Ovens, MK2 gives us improved cooking performance. This enhancement allows us to serve your larger events for longer periods. It also allows us to do so at an even quicker rate!

Availability – Increasing our fleet size means we now have greater availability for throughout 2026. Send us a message if you have an event. We are eager to show you how we can help!

Locations – Our new, lightweight trailer is easier to tow and manoeuvre. This means we can attend your events and parties from even further afield. We can also go to locations that would have been too tight for the horsebox, since it has a larger footprint…
