Booking & Payment
We can’t wait to bring our handmade, stone-baked pizzas to your event! To lock in your date, we take a 20% non-refundable deposit when you book. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens — we get it. Here’s how we handle changes:
- More than 14 days before: You can reschedule within 12 months, transferring your deposit to the new date. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we refund your balance minus the deposit.
- 7–14 days before: Refund of 50% of your total booking cost (deposit included in the loss).
- Less than 7 days: Not eligible for a refund, as we’ll already have prepped and planned our staff availability around your event.
Event Setup
Our pizza trailer needs enough space and safe access. If you’re not sure whether we’ll fit, just ask — we’ll help you check.
Dietary Needs
Got allergies or special requests? Let us know at least 14 days before, and we’ll do our best to cater for you. While we take great care, we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
