Full Terms & Conditions – Benissimo Pizza

1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed once we receive a non-refundable 20% deposit. Until we have received this deposit, your event date is not secured and may be offered to other clients.

2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your event date. If full payment is not received by this date, Benissimo Pizza reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 14 days before the event: You may reschedule within 12 months, transferring your deposit to the new date. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we refund any balance paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • 7–14 days before the event: Refund of 50% of the total event price (deposit included in the loss).
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be given.

4. Rescheduling
Reschedules must be requested more than 14 days before the original event date. We will do our best to accommodate new dates within 12 months.

5. Event Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • Sufficient space for our pizza trailer (dimensions available on request).
  • Safe and suitable vehicle access.
  • Any required parking permits or special permissions arranged in advance.

6. Force Majeure
Benissimo Pizza will not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, accidents, road closures, or government restrictions. We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your booking.

7. Allergens & Dietary Requirements
All dietary requirements or allergies must be notified at least 14 days prior. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
